The competencies below will provide FWN with thoughtful information for setting up your Femtoring relationship. Rate your level of competency on a scale of 1 thru 5. There are no right or wrong answers.
The competencies are grouped together under categories. Each competency includes a title, a general definition, and several measurable or observable performance statements followed by a grid where you can rate your competency.
This list is useful as a reference to assess your competencies, but is not all-inclusive. The performance statements listed are to be used to generate thought about how the competency is displayed when performed well on the job. The competency descriptions are intended to be tailored to individual positions and roles during a femtoring or evaluation relationship. Position-specific competencies are best determined through a job/role analysis process.
